Jersey Gang
2011 - 2012

In 2011 I was selected as one of only 25 makers to represent Scotland by Craft Scotland to participate in the PMA Philadelphia Museum of Art Craft Show (USA).   This culminated in a new series of works in bronze called
the 'Jersey Gang'.
Generously funded by Creative Scotland and EVAAC I was able to undertake a short residency at the Scottish Sculpture Workshop, Lumsden Aberdeenshire where I produced the following works.
The figures which were modeled in clay and wax cast in bronze would create my small 'knitted chainmail' army.

'Jersey girls'
